HIKING TOUR DE L'ARGENTINE

The Tour of l’Argentine is one of the most beautiful mountain hikes in the Villars-Gryon region, offering us stunning views of the Grand Muveran and the Lion d’Argentine.
Starting from the lower parking area in Solalex, the trail takes us up through Anzeindaz to the Col des Essets (2029 m). From there, we can enjoy breathtaking views of L’Ecuelle and the surrounding peaks.
The trail then descends across a plateau and continues toward La Vare.
After around 1.8 km, we head uphill again to the right, toward La Motte (1940 m).
Along the way, we get to admire magnificent views of the Grand Muveran and the Lion d’Argentine.
